This end user agreement describes the terms and conditions on which Battle Royale Conquer offers you acces as an end user on Conquer Online developed by the unofficial owners of Battle Royale Conquer. Please read the following information carefully.
By registering an account on our server, you accept and acknowledge that you have read and understand the terms and conditions of this agreement, and that you agree to be bound by this agreement; in which event, you will be granted acces to play the game.

The Game is on a free-to-play basis conditioned upon your agreement to all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and your compliance with the posted Rules of Conduct. The Game is free-to-play with no monthly subscription fees. Your use of The Game constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions and your compliance of the Rules of Conduct and this Agreement. Battle Royale Conquer offers "The Game" as free online role-playing game service accessible through the Internet at "https://battleroyaleconquer.com" hosted in France. Battle Royale Conquer reserves the right to change the URL address of our website at any time and from time to time without prior notice. To use our service, you will need to install software, which we make available from the website. Anyone desiring to use our service is required to establish an account on our server. The website, facebook and discord channel are active parts of our service and any use of the website, facebook or discord is governed by this Agreement and Rules of Conduct.
Subject to the terms of this agreement, Battle Royale Conquer grants you a non-exclusive license to use our service, and a non-exclusive license to use the software in connection with the service. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, loan or otherwise transfer the Software for profit, modify, adapt, reverse engineer or recompile the software, or create any derivative works in respect of the software or the service, or otherwise use the software except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
By agreeing to this Agreement you agree that you do not own the account you use to access our service, the characters you created which are stored on our server, the game items in the account, or any other data which the servers and accounts are comprised of, are properties of Battle Royale Conquer.
1. Character Names
In order to use our service, players must create a character and choose a name for their own characters for identification. You may not select your Character Name as the name of another natural person, or a name which violates any party's trademark right, copyright, or other proprietary right, or which may mislead other players to believe you to be an 'Game Master' of Battle Royale Conquer, or which Battle Royale Conquer deems at its sole discretion to be vulgar or otherwise offensive. Battle Royale Conquer reserves the right to delete, or alter any vulgar or otherwise offensive Character Name. No Unicode is allowed.
2. Passwords
At the time your account is opened, you must select a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and you are responsible for any harm resulting from your disclosure or allowing the disclosure of your password or from use by any person of your password to gain access to your account and account ID. At no time should you respond to an online request for a password. Battle Royale Conquer will never ask for your password offline or online, except that you will be required to enter your password as part of the log-on process, or when you are requesting us to perform certain service that requires your password authentication, in which case you will only send your password to our designated email address or website.
Battle Royale Conquer allows donations through our website for virtual items that can be used in the game. If you select to donate for a virtual item, you agree that you have understood how the virtual item is used in the game and are fully responsible for all the consequences related to the use or transfer of such item. You agree that any out-of-game transfer of virtual items is not permitted. The virtual item you have received for donating is not refundable unless a Game Master decides otherwise.
Trading of game items or in-game currency between players is permitted, while using the trading system provided in the game. All other trading, sale, or ownership transfers of content included in the game, including without limitations, account IDs, in-game items, in-game currencies, as well as any and all transfers that are conducted outside of the game world, are strictly prohibited. Battle Royale Conquer is not responsible for any losses incurred by the participation in any activities, whether knowingly or unknowingly, related to any prohibited trading activities. Any and all prohibited conduct may result in immediate termination of the account involved in such trading.
1. Cheating Programs
To ensure fair play, Battle Royale Conquer does not allow the use of any cheating programs such as macros, bots, or mouse emulators etc., to play the game. Battle Royale Conquer shall temporarily suspend your account when you refused to proceed any investigation operated by 'Game Masters'. If you use these cheating programs, you may suffer severe consequences including, but not limited, to the followings: Battle Royale Conquer may suspend your Account for an indefinite period time and may terminate your account.
2. Modification Of The Client Program
All players must use the client program provided by Battle Royale Conquer on our website. Battle Royale Conquer periodically updates the client program as well, and all players are required to use the latest version of the game. Modification of the client program of the game is strictly prohibited. Any violations may result into termination of your account.
3. Exploitation of Program Bug
Players are prohibited from exploiting any programming bugs in the game, on the wesbite, and/or within any of our systems. Any violations may result into termination of your account.
The personal information you provide us during registration is used for our internal purposes only. You shall be deemed to agree with the collection at all times when you use our service, software and/or register for the account. Battle Royale Conquer uses the information collected for the Purpose. We will not give any of your personal information to any third party, for uses out of the Purpose, without your approval. If you request any technical support, you consent to our remote accessing and review of the computer you load the software onto for purposes of support and debugging. You agree that Battle Royale Conquer may communicate with you via email and any similar technology for any purposes relating to our service, the software, and any services or software which may in the future be provided by Battle Royale Conquer or on its behalf.
